The following rules apply to all participants!
1. No weapons will be allowed during any portionof this contest. If any member of any band is caught with any type of weapon, it will result in immediate disqualification and ejection from the venue.
2. No "colors" or any other reference or markings denoting any affiliation with any gang or other orginization will be permitted. Any person wearing "colors" or flashing any type of gang signs will be immediately disquallifed and ejected from the venue.
3. Because this is a contest in which the audience will be voting, there may be excessive clapping, or "boo-ing" from the crowd. Each band is expected to act in a professional manner and any cursing or crude comments to the crowd will result in elimination from the contest.
4. The 2 winning bands will act as an opening act at one of our upcoming concerts. If either band can not fulfill the commitment of the date chosen for them to appear, Sky Hero Productions has the sole and exclusive right to replace them at will.
5. On the day of the concert, all members of both bands will need to be available the entire day for dry run and sound check. Sky Hero Productions will endeavor to accomodate the bands schedule.
